30-Day Return Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it
- Unworn and unused
- With original tags attached
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Returns must be approved before being sent back. Items sent without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at contact@yrdz.us so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom or personalized products
- Personal care goods (such as beauty products)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Sale items
- ift cards
If you have questions about your specific item, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above (unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).
YRDZ will cover return shipping costs for eligible returns.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:
- You will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are fully refundable.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
